Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Adrival RealCo (KBO BE 0839.796.306, F. Mosselmanstraat 18 1.1, 8300 Knokke, Belgium) processes personal data through the ROOT™ service, in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Reg. 2016/679) and the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

1. Data controller

Adrival RealCo is the data controller. Contact: hello@carolinerooman.io.

2. Data we collect

• Intake content — the idea, URL, stage and lens you submit to generate a Sovereign Blueprint.
• Generated artifacts — blueprint payloads, verdicts and positioning lines, stored to power the public share URL you choose to publish.
• Technical data — anonymous view counts, IP-derived region (not stored), browser type (server logs only).

We do not require account creation and do not collect names, emails or payment data through ROOT.

3. Purpose & legal basis

• Service delivery — generating and storing your blueprint. Legal basis: performance of the service you requested (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• Public sharing — publishing blueprints at /blueprint/[id]. Legal basis: your explicit action of generating a public share link.
• Service improvement & abuse prevention — aggregated, non-identifying analysis. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Sub-processors

Data is shared with the following processors strictly to operate the service:

• Lovable AI Gateway — LLM inference for blueprint generation.
• Perplexity AI — public web research for live market signals.
• Lovable Cloud (Supabase, EU region) — database persistence.
• Cloudflare — edge hosting and DDoS protection.

5. Retention

Blueprints persist until you request deletion. Server logs are retained 30 days. Aggregated analytics are kept indefinitely in non-identifying form.

6. Your rights (GDPR art. 15–22)

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing of your data at any time by emailing hello@carolinerooman.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA).

7. Cookies

ROOT uses two first-party, non-essential cookies to understand which landing-page language (the Voice Lab variants A / B / C) actually converts. They are set only after you click Accept in the consent banner.

• voice_variant — stores which hero variant (A, B or C) you were shown, so the experience is consistent across visits. Lifetime: 90 days.
• voice_visitor — a random opaque ID used to deduplicate view counts. Not linked to your name, email, IP or any account. Lifetime: 12 months.

We do not sell visitor data, we do not expose your intake content, blueprints, or council outputs through this tracking, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Opt-out: click Decline in the banner, or clear the root_cookie_consent entry in your browser’s site storage to be re-prompted. Declining suppresses both cookies and all Voice Lab analytics events for your session.
