By accessing or using ROOT™ (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. The Service is operated by Adrival RealCo (KBO BE 0839.796.306, F. Mosselmanstraat 18 1.1, 8300 Knokke, Belgium).

1. The service

ROOT™ is a diagnostic intelligence layer that produces Sovereign Blueprints from the inputs you submit. Output is generated by AI models combined with public web research and is provided for strategic and educational purposes only.

2. No professional advice

ROOT does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical or fiscal advice. You must independently verify any output before acting on it. Adrival RealCo accepts no liability for decisions made based on the Service’s output, to the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law.

3. Acceptable use

No illegal content, hate speech or content infringing third-party rights.
No automated scraping, reverse engineering of model prompts, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
No submission of confidential third-party data without authorization.

4. Intellectual property

The ROOT™ name, methodology, scoring system, Sovereign Blueprint format, code and design are the exclusive property of Adrival RealCo. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and of the resulting blueprint, with Adrival RealCo granted a non-exclusive license to host and serve it via the public share URL.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian law, Adrival RealCo’s aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to fifty euros (€50). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Belgian consumer law.

6. Changes

These terms may evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of West Flanders, Bruges division, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of habitual residence of EU consumers.
